Orders placed before 15:00 on weekdays are delivered to the cargo on the same day. On Saturdays, our cargo exit is provided at 13:00, and the following orders are released on Monday. The transportation process of the cargoes provides transportation within 2-3 business days to other cities within 1 business day on average. Overseas orders arrive within 4-7 working days.
You will be informed about the tracking of your orders in the My Orders tab, the Cargo Tracking SMS sent to you from the courier company with which we have a contract, or an sms to your phone number you specified when registering on our website, and an e-mail to your e-mail address.

For purchases made through kağanky.com, you can easily shop with installment options up to 12 installments by credit card.

You can change the address for your order by calling the 05465129511 number or sending a message via whatsapp.

If the cargo company cannot reach you at your address, it delivers the cargo package to the branch closest to your address. The waiting period at the branch is 3 days, if you do not receive your package from the specified branch within 3 days, your cargo will return to us as a return. You can get information by querying the tracking number sent to you as sms to find out which branch your cargo is waiting at or by sending a message to our whatsapp address with 05465129511 number.

Unfortunately, we do not have the option to pay at the door.

Payment by wire transfer is not accepted. You can make your payment via credit/debit card on our website.

We provide transportation service through Yurtiçi Kargo.

Our products are sent from our office in Istanbul.

1. Iyzico: You can pay securely with your Credit Card by following the instructions from the payment screen.

2. Credit Card at the Door: You can pay by credit card during the delivery of the products at the door.
